As a special needs teacher, I struggled to find a book aimed at primary school children that had a main character with Autism, so I decided to create one. This book is a charming lost and found tale of a boy, Lewis, who happens to have Autism. This purposely isn't mentioned within the text, instead Lewis is accepted and supported by his new friend Frank, just as any friend should be.

My hope is that children who have Autism can have a book and see a character that they relate to. This book also can be used as an inclusive educational resource. Close attention has been paid to simple language and images so everyone can process it.

If buying for schools or interested in booking a reading, with Frank present, please contact Sarah directly.
